Aluminum Roofing Membranes

The Peal & Seal self stick aluminum roll roofing membrane from MFM Building Products is ideal for low-pitch residential roofs.  But it can also be used to fix waterproofing issues around chimneys, vents, ducts, skylights, or any other irregular feature.  The Peal & Seal is made up of a laminated aluminized foil, high density polymer films, and a thick layer of rubberized asphalt. 

MFM boasts that the roofing membrane will never crack or dry out due to exposure.  When applied, it serves as an effective barrier against the elements while limiting solar heat gain.  Less solar gain equates to a cooler and more comfortable home during the cooling season.   

The Peal & Seal membrane is also recommended for use on dormers, residential sunroom additions, and mobile home roofs.  And installation is easy – all you need is a pair of scissors and a hand roller.  The Peal & Seal is available in 100 sq. ft. cartons in roll widths of 3’’, 4’’, 6’’, 9’’, 12’’, 18’’, 36’’.  There are several choices of finishes available.  It is backed by MFM with a 10 year warranty.
