Concept Home
The PATH Concept Home is advancing the way that America’s homes are designed, built, and lived in. The whole premise of the PATH Concept Home is a flexible floor plan that adapts easily and affordably with our ever changing needs and lifestyle. So, from early adulthood to the expanding family to the empty nest and on through the golden years, the home adapts with you. Newport Partners' is helping to lead PATH's effort to develop the Concept Home since the first model was introduced at DC's Union Station in 2004.
Builders Challenge
Newport has been instrumental in the development and administration of the Department of Energy (DOE) Builders Challenge Program. Newport helped DOE design the initiative and is now supporting implementation. For further information on the program, please visit the Builders Challenge web site.
