It starts with a CONCEPT that is translated into a MODERN TOWNHOUSE DESIGN.

This Concept Home was designed as an urban infill project. The innovations are not apparent from the outside. The modern design works well with the clean lines of the innovative technologies and they do not need to be hidden behind the walls.

The house is organized as service vs. served spaces. The mechanical systems are consolidated on one side with the potential to prefabricate this section of the house as a manufacturer module that is lifted into place on site using a crane.

Technologies incorporated in the home allow for increased flexibility these include moveable interior partitions or furniture walls, wireless technologies like self-powering light switches, innovative door systems for the powder room which can serve as a bathroom or hallway, the addition of an elevator in stacked closets, and flexible spaces such as the loft.
