The PATH Concept Home Omaha is shaping up to be truly amazing. Innovative systems and products are being installed daily. The home is now insulated inside and out.

The Autumn Red siding has been installed and provides the home with just the right amount of distinction. The clapboard profile siding was selected because of its style, durability and ability to accept an insulation backing.

Besides improving the home's energy efficiency, the backing provides additional support to vinyl siding, making the systems up to five times more impact resistant than conventional vinyl siding. This added durability will allow the Concept Home to stand up against harsh Nebraska winters as well as the stray baseball.

WindsorOne's wood trim sets off the exterior features with stunning results. The wood trim was pre-painted and ready to install upon arrival allowing the trim to be installed along with the siding. This feature reduced installation time and rental fees associated with lift equipment.

Concluding last weeks work on the Concept Home's exterior, an above-grade ICF parchment/waterproofing system was applied. This system provides visual beauty and protection to the ICF foundation system, while also solving a common challenge of ICF foundations - how to protect the foam against weed trimmers and other hazards.

The PATH Concept Home Omaha is ready for landscaping and the interior finishing is heating up faster than the weather.
