Michael Carliner - Consultant
Drawing on more than 30 years of research experience
related to housing and construction, Michael Carliner speaks
and writes about national and regional housing markets,
demographic trends, consumer preferences, and the home
building industry. He as analyzed strategic business and
government policy issues and has been widely cited in the
press and in academic literature.
From 1984 to 2006, Michael was Staff Vice President for
Economics at the National Association of Home Builders.
Before that he was Director of Real Estate and Construction
Economics at Chase Econometrics, Vice President of
Regional Data Associates, and Senior Economist at
Dynamics Associates.
